Dear guests,

I’m pleased about your interest in our nice apartment house, where you intend to spend your holidays and relax.

Here’s a presentation of our house:

It consists of four living units, of which my family and I occupy the ground floor. All holiday flats are comfortable, nicely furnished and kept clean by myself.

We live near the forest, about 400 m above sea level.

Especially from the apartment ‘Penthouse‘ you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Hochwald Black Forest, the Holzbach valley and the health resort Weiskirchen.

Our house offers a lot of advantages:

• a big meadow to play or relax, a barbecue, seating accomodation with reclining chairs
• place to park your car
• daily delivery of rolls by a baker
• daily newspaper
• climbing trees for the children and a little hen farm (biological eggs)
• bed for children
• 5-10 minutes to the centre, the park, the clinics, the outdoor and indoor swimmingpool (Vitalis), the sports centre and playgrounds
• a nearby massage salon (50m) 6

• and above all: a friendly atmosphere

I. Holiday flat ‘ Family ‘

• 1 - 5 persons
• dwelling space:  95 square metres

Equipment:

• big living-room
• 2 double bedrooms
• 1 bathroom/toilet and 1 shower/toilet
• modern fitted kitchen with dining recess
• hall and terrace
• telephone and Sat TV
• direct access to the meadow.

If required this flat can be occupied partly, that means the dwelling space is reduced to 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom/toilet.

II. Apartment ‘ Penthouse ‘

• 1- 4 persons
• dwelling space:  80 square metres

Equipment:

• big, open living area with a nice place to sit, a double bed-couch, modern fitted kitchen and a kitchen bar
• two bedrooms

• 1 shower/toilet
• balcony
• telephone and Sat TV

From this flat you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Hochwald Black Forest and the health resort Weiskirchen.

III. Apartment ‘ Eva ‘

• 1 - 2 persons ( + child)
• dwelling space:  40 square metres

• big, sunny balcony with seats
